The following websites have information about specific drugs used to treat cancer, including chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, hormone therapy and other cancer drugs. The information includes doses, side effects, possible precautions and more. These information sheets may not contain all known information about a drug. Some sheets are intended only for people living in certain provinces or territories in Canada.

Always talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse to find out more about a particular drug.

Cancer Care Ontario (CCO) drug formulary

Information is available in English and French.

BC Cancer Drug Index

Information is available in English with some patient handouts available in Chinese and Punjabi.

Health Canada Drug Product Database

This database has information about different types of drugs, including cancer drugs, that have been approved for use in Canada. It is written in scientific language and includes links to product monographs from the drug manufacturers. It is available in English and French.
