Honda Canada donated ten (10) 2019 Odysseys to help support and decrease everyday stresses for clients accessing the CCS Wheels of Hope program in Ontario, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. The program helps people with cancer get to and from their appointments for cancer.
Tetley
Tetley, creator of the iconic Orange Pekoe hot tea and specialty flavoured canisters has been a proud supporter of CCS since 2001. They have contributed more than $800,000 to the cause.
Through a partnership with the Canadian Cancer Society, Tetley contributes $50,000 per year to fund innovative breast cancer research, educate women about early detection and provide support services to those living with the disease. Tetley is also the proud tea supplier of the 7 Canadian Cancer Society cancer lodges, providing a cup of warmth to Canadians who must travel far from home to undergo treatment for all types of cancer. The Freemasons of Manitoba through the Masonic Foundation have been a leading supporter of the Wheels of Hope transportation program in Manitoba. Through their continued support and dedication both through their annual contributions, volunteer staffing and vehicle housing, the program has been able to service and help thousands of Manitobans annually for over the past two decades.
