Best Health for Black Women is a free, virtual event whose goal is to empower and educate Black women with information and resources.
Recognizing the unique experiences of Black women this event brings together experts, organizations, and community members for a conversation about lung cancer, metastatic breast cancer and mental health.

- Health and wellness information tailored specifically to Black women and their needs
- Discussions about lung cancer risk factors, prevention, screening, and early detection
- Panel discussions on metastatic breast cancer and mental health concerns after a cancer diagnosis
- Educational and community resources that are available to Black women
- The opportunity to learn from others with lived experience through stories and conversation

The event and hosts are based in Canada. Global attendees are welcome but please keep in mind that the content and community resources presented are tailored for a Canadian audience.
