
No-bake frozen blueberry pie

- 1/2 cup almonds, whole or sliced
- 1 cup pitted and chopped dates
- 3/4 cup unsweetened, finely shredded coconut
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp finely grated orange zest
- 1/8 tsp (pinch) of salt
Filling
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup plain 11% Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, room temperature
- 3 tbsp whipping cream
- 1 tbsp finely grated orange zest
- 1 tbsp fresh orange juice
